Today, regions, city-regions, and local communities across the UK all face the challenges of how best to promote sustainable economic growth. Yet, the strategies and investment programmes required to do this in London and the South East differ, dramatically, from those required for less prosperous regions. Moreover, within each UK region, the needs of city regions and local communities differ again.
Si works with regional development agencies, sub-regional partnerships, local authorities - and Government - to prepare strategies and investment plans to realise sustainable economic development. We work with our clients to develop a compelling vision for the future and a strategy and action plan to realise that vision.
Normally, these strategies and action plans all feature enterprise, key sector programmes, inward investment, skills and employability, housing, environmental, cultural and community development elements.
