Slough Town Centre Regeneration

Shared Intelligence was commissioned by Slough Borough Council to help identify the regeneration priorities for the town centre. This included facilitating a one day workshop bringing together officers from planning, economic development and transport to engage in discussions about the future of Slough Town Centre as a retail, office and leisure destination. The outcome was agreement to an outline work programme for the Council to take forward over the next year.

The Croydon Promise: Growth For All

There is massive growth potential in Croydon; over £9billion of investment is planned over the next five years including a new Westfield-Hammerson shopping centre (one of the largest in Europe), over 9600 homes, and 1m sq.ft of new office space. This is an investment programme on a similar scale to the Olympic Park.
