Phil has 30 years experience of working with local and central government.

Prior to joining Shared Intelligence Phil was Director of the Tavistock Institute. Before that he worked for the Local Government Association where he held several senior management posts including Head of Environment and Development and Director of Strategy and Communications.

Phil has experience of policy development, lobbying, journalism, organisational consultancy and town planning.
