Patrick has over 15 years economic development experience in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to moving into consultancy Patrick spent five years working with the London Development Agency, where he held several strategic management posts, including that of Head of Evidence and Evaluation and Director of Strategy and Corporate Planning.

Patrick is a Chartered Town Planner and a visiting fellow at the Local Economy Policy Unit at South Bank University.
