Helen is an experienced senior local government manager, and Programme Director for Economic Development at Si. She has worked in a number of London Boroughs in corporate policy and regeneration and for Regeneration Agencies in programme management. Since 2006 at Si Helen has led a wide range of economic development and holistic regeneration projects and produced national guidance for local authorities to support their work on economic prosperity and worklessness and skills.
