We can...

Facilitate shared learning networks and peer review and support processes

We know that bringing together people who are in the same boat enables them to learn and solve problems more effectively than they can alone.

Core to our identity as a company is the belief that it is by sharing knowledge that the challenges facing society can be overcome. We also believe that the developing the capacity to learn and adopt quickly is a key organisational challenge for public services today.

We support a variety of collaborative approaches including learning networks and peer reviews. We always used structured discussion formats to help participants move from diagnosis to action.

The learning networks we currently support include:

  • Places PLUS, an independent network of councils and local strategic partnerships;
  • The National Association of Neighbourhood Management, which brings together neighbourhood management partnerships. See www.neighbourhoodmanagement.net for more information.
  • Race for Health, a transformational change programme for PCTs committed to reducing health inequalities for black and ethinc minority communities. See www.raceforhealth.org for more information.
