Donna-Louise has a wealth of experience in economic research and analysis, strategy and programme development. She is also an experienced project manager.

Her strengths lie in the areas of: economic development; collation and analysis of intelligence; strategic advice; facilitation; regional, city-regional and local area regeneration; skills and worklessness; and social inclusion.

Donna-Louise has previously worked with the Scottish Government in supporting area based regeneration. She also has a strong knowledge of the North East of England and West Midlands having undertaken a number of commissions in these areas.

Donna-Louise has also undertaken secondments with One NorthEast – the North East Regional Development Agency and the Learning and Skills Council in the West Midlands.
