In councils the interface between the managerial and political leadership is critical. And the increased importance of partnership working and governance at a sub-regional level is raising fresh leadership challenges.
Our approach to leadership and capacity development is to design programmes around real time challenges. We do not believe in stand alone programmes – we prefer an action learning approach. Our programmes focus on action learning and the use of reflective sessions to drive change.
