Carys Alty
Carys has recently joined Si and brings a wealth of experience in managing and undertaking quantitative and qualitative research in housing, regeneration and public services. She has a strong background in understanding places and the localism agenda and uses her analytical skills and policy knowledge to support service improvement and organisational development in local government and partnerships.
Carys has previously worked in senior roles in a range of government settings including Communities Scotland (Scottish Government), the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) and the Government Office North West (GONW). She has also carried out research in consultancy and academic environments, including on the design and analysis of large scale surveys.
